Overview of Leaders By Design

A custom FlashPoint program developed with Vera Bradley, “Leaders by Design” was designed to enhance participants’ level of influence in the organization, build high-performing teams, and unify leaders around a common leadership model for increased employee engagement, cross-company collaboration, retention of key leaders, and deeper bench strength.

Leaders by Design now serves as the umbrella for all of Vera Bradley’s leadership development programs, including The Leadership Challenge^® Workshop. In the most recent offering, 92% of the individuals who completed a reassessment experienced an increase in their average scores in five leadership practice areas.
